SHIPPING & RETURNÂ POLICIES

Shipping:
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding any days that the Post Office is closed). Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Packages are sent via USPS with limited insurance.
Your tracking number will be emailed shortly after package is left at the Post Office.

USA Shipping - Any postage fees associated with returned packages due to incorrect shipping address errors will be held and not refunded. ​
International - Broken Wither Ranch Gear is currently able to ship to Canada, postage fees are quite higher so please be prepared and double check your address and order. Shipping policies under USA Shipping also apply to Canada.

Returns:
There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me at brokenwitherranchgear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Broken Wither Ranch Gear is NOT responsible for postage fees on returned items.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
